budget), venue visit & floor plan arrangement
2. Wedding budget planning ( make sure no over budget)
3. Liaise with ur existing wedding vendor if any
4. Source for decor, furniture rental (if needed), live band, mc,
catering, beer & alcohol vendor.
5. Actual day planning and run down
6. Wedding consultation n planning for actual day
Actual day rundown:
(1) Rehearsal
- ROM
- Live Band
- Performance 
- DJ and PA System
(2) Wedding Rundown & control
- Drafting of full rundown with timeline + activities
- when to call start the Rom
- what time is the slide show and video playing, if any
- what time is the rehearsal
- what time the vendors will arrive
- what time is the bride for make up and changing cloth
(Rom and dinner)
- alcohol control and well keep
(3) Vendors control
- studying vendors quotation beforehand and ensure they perform
what stated in agreement
- handle their arrival and ease of performing Duties
